Dissection - Stock Transfer

This inquiry displays all transfers of an item from transit and actual warehouses. The quantity on this report makes up the total in the Stock Transfer column on the Item Inquiry screen.

You can select to display temporary items, stock in transit, held stock, transferred stock, paperless stock, stock on PDA, completed paperless stock, or stock created in POS.

1. Open the Item Inquiry screen for the item you want to inquire on.

Refer to "Displaying the Item Inquiry Screen" (MDS and MRF) or "Displaying the Item Inquiry Screen" (POS).

2. Select DISSECTION | STOCK TRANSFER.

Micronet displays a User Defined Questions screen.

3. In the Enter Type field, select the type of transfers you want to inquire on. The options are:

• Temporary
• In Transit
• Held
• Transferred
• Paperless
• On PDA
• Completed Paperless
• POS Created.

If you leave this field set to None, Micronet inquires on all stock transfers.

4. Select the Ok button.

Micronet displays the Select Output Device screen.

5. Select whether you want your inquiry displayed on screen, printed, saved to a specific type of file, faxed, or emailed in a specific format.

Micronet prints or displays the Stock Transfer Inquiry.

6. When you have finished with this inquiry, select the Exit button.

Micronet redisplays the Item Inquiry screen where you can perform another inquiry if required.

7. Select FILE | NEW to inquire on a different item.
